TicketGiant.com is an A-1 Tickets Inc company. A-1 Tickets was founded in 1988, we are a privately owned company and not affiliated with any venue, box office or Ticketmaster©. Our prices reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating.

Once your order is submitted, TicketGiant.com will confirm the availability of your selected tickets with our supplier. Once availability is confirmed, your credit card will be charged. TicketGiant.com will confirm your order has been fulfilled by email or telephone. In the event we are unable to procure the seats you selected, we will not charge your credit card and you will be notified. We will not confirm orders for Speculative Seats due to our inability to guarantee the availability of these tickets. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST weekdays; holidays; or on weekends may not be processed until the next business day. All Sales are Final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credit.

Sales are not in real time; therefore, all tickets are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets into better location for the same price.
We may offer you alternate seats if the original seats you requested are not available.

Federal Express (FedEx) shipping is utilized for all shipments. A signature is required upon delivery for every order. Please note that FedEx cannot and will NOT deliver to any P.O. Box. Therefore a physical street address must be provided or the order cannot be processed.
TicketGiant.com requires a signature on all deliveries. TicketGiant.com does not allow any reroutes on ticket packages. Tickets will be sent to your credit card billing address. Credit card billing address is verified with your credit card issuer and must match exactly.

If an event is postponed, the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show. New tickets will not be issued.

Tickets for all cancelled shows must be returned within ten days for full store credit.
A full refund will be issued to the purchaser provided the tickets are returned to this office within ten business days of the original event date:
We suggest you return the tickets via certified, insured mail, or Federal Express.
TicketGiant.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen tickets. Do not expose your tickets to sunlight, heat, cold or liquids. Keep your tickets in a safe place, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reprinted. All sales are final.
